Applicant Requirements

Minimum QQI Level 6 and/or 5 in Childcare or equivalent
Ability to look after children in a loving & caring manner
Strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to implement quality early childhood curriculum & creative skills to develop age appropriate activities
Good working knowledge of the Aistear curriculum
Understand & follow TUSLA regulations
Naturally warm and respectful towards children and their needs

Our Montessori teachers are fully skilled and certified with a minimum teaching degree of level 6 or 7 and undertake at least 3 years teaching knowledge. Nearly all of our employees have worked with us for 5 years or more some even 11 years.
